The service

Punchlist Live converts uploaded walkthrough videos into draft punch lists using AI.

AI drafts require review

Generated transcripts, tasks, and photo matches are drafts and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Punchlist Live is not a substitute for professional inspection.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service for business purposes.

Your content

You own what you upload. You grant Punchlist Live a license to store, process (including AI transcription and extraction), and display your content to your project members in order to run the service. Only upload content you have the right to record and share.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no uploading content that infringes others' rights (including recording people where prohibited).

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties; we may modify or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punchlist Live is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.
